Shipping policy

We only offer delivery within the UK.

Orders of £65.00 and greater are delivered to mainland UK free of charge. Certain products are excluded due to size, weight or other shipping restrictions.

We use a third party courier for non-local deliveries. Orders received before midday on a working day will be processed for same day dispatch. Whilst most deliveries are made next working day, there will on occasion be delays that are beyond our control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for delayed delivery of orders.

Certain large items are only available to collect in store - these items will prevent a shipping rate being returned. Either select 'Pick Up' at the checkout, or remove the item from your basket to proceed with checkout for delivery. An example of such product would be a large stretched canvas on a frame.

All items may be purchased and collected from store free of charge. Please select this option when completing the Check Out.

Otherwise, delivery charges are calculated at the checkout based on weight and delivery postcode.
